Common configurable features of this cutting machine include both standard and ENHANCED controls:

Cutting module: size, shape and type of knife (hot, cold, straight, angle, pinking, shaped, etc.)

Feed direction: left to right (E), or right to left (W) or remote (R) Choose which direction best fits your workspace

Voltage requirements: (120V or 230V) including the power plug for use in any country

User interface: Standard color touchscreen.

Add-on Options: joint/splice detection, photocell registration sensor, or hole punching device (cold).
• Hot knife models use a heated knife to melt and seal synthetic materials; Guillotine models use a scissor type knife to cut cold and will not seal the ends.

RX-200-SCL Automatic 5"/130mm Hot Knife Strip Cutter
The RX-200-SCL is a general purpose hot knife strip cutter. It is equipped to cut up to 5" / 130mm wide with a pneumatically operated knife. Standard features include a digital heat controller, buit-in fume exhaust unit, adjustable knife speed, and motor speed controls, auto-reverse function (prevents material from sticking to the knife), and batch-cut function.
Can be used to cut webbing, ribbon, strap, and velcro.

Our RX series automatic cutting machines are rugged and designed for high-production, factory use. Solid heavy-gage steel chassis and durable aluminum framed cut modules mean these machines will run for many years.
Interchangeable 'drop-in' cutting modules make the RX-200 a versatile HOT and COLD cutting system. Simply unplug the connectors and air lines, lift the cutting module from the machine and switching from hot to cold couldn't be any easier! Many other types of cutting modules are also available.

Automatic Angle Cutters: What's the Difference?
We offer three types of Automatic Angle Cutters: FIXED angle, ADJUSTABLE angle, and ALTERNATING angle.
Fixed angle: the angle of the cut is 'fixed' by the knife design, or tooling. It can't be changed (not very easily). Ideal for high volume cutting jobs that don't change.
Adjustable angle: the angle of the knife is adjustable can be changed and set mechanically. This is our most popular angle cutter.
Alternating angle: the angle of the knife changes from end of the strap to the other as the material is being measured. The two angle stops are mechanically set and the knife rotates during every cutting cycle. The knife can also be set at a fixed angle if need. This is the most versatile angle cutter, but also the most expensive.

Adjustable-Angle 3"/76mm Hot Knife
A fully automatic, pneumatically operated hot knife with adjustable angle. The 3"/76mm knife will cut up to 2" /52mm wide @ a 45° angle. Maximum swing is 90° (45° in each direction). Measure to length and cut straight, or angled ends. Angle setting is easily changed by moving the locking lever on top of the cutting module. An exhaust fan is built into the machine for exhausting the fumes created by the melting of the materials being cut.

Alternating-Angle 3" or 5" Hot Knife
A fully automatic, pneumatically operated hot knife with alternating angle. The 3"/76mm (-AS3) or 5"/130mm knife (-ASL) will cut up to a 45° angle in either direction. Maximum swing is 90° (45° in each direction). Measure to length and cut straight, angled, or combination with simple controls. An exhaust fan is built into the machine case for exhausting the fumes created by the melting of the materials being cut.

A specially designed high-speed cutting machine with a 2.4" / 60mm guillotine. Ideal for cutting to length at a fixed angle. A special feeding system ensures that even lightweight materials, such as ribbon, will feed continuously and quickly without jamming. Ideal for ribbon, film, paper, and hook & loop.
